Advantages and Disadvantages Of Team Work

Team Work has consigned about only advantages. We can identify and name them. In the mean time, working in a team also having trivial disadvantage, normally difficult to realize them in our everyday job. Why it is worth for working in a team and why not sometime?

When we discuss about team work we mean that a leader of a team creates tasks and team understands it altogether however making use of strengths of individual members. This way lets you to evade job losses, as the actions are exposed to internal audit and evaluation at every stage, and managerial activities are restructured.

As well when a group of smart people is discussing on one common subject and seeking best solution they normally find the solution to their problems. This is because we all are different and at the time we speak one mind stimulates another one and that is how the best solution and ideas normally  arise through brainstorming.

And as we talking about brainstorm and discussion its very essential to know the manner of speaking with the coworkers and talk on every needs and doubts regarding work. Also pay attention keenly, share ideas and do not veil bad feelings. To let bad feelings grow can sometimes isolate any person from the group. Also in long term that can make that person feel disloyal to the whole group. And in team work loyalty is the most important quality as it gives the feeling of security with each other in team.

When to work in a team there are no winners and no losers. That, in spite of  clear advantage, could be a huge disadvantage – nobody will at a blame and no body could feel very good of achieved success. If nobody is responsible for every task occasionally nobody is aware of who is performing which task and the job could not be completed at all.

If we are in situation that the group of people involves mainly leaders in their team work could not be just ..work. What is not as good as, a some people in the team who are not the leader’s nature could be thrown away by there co workers and will be having a problem for performing in their jobs. Leaders should be determined to achieve the goal and will not care regarding helping other people in a team and  getting mixed  with them and will not become a strong team.

It will be worth for working in a team remembering those disadvantages. The majority of them can arise if the team is not very good and people do not like each other. Also when team members do not know the way for working in a team. That is the reason why it is worth to try to develop a team and practice social skills.
